These stunningly beautiful secondhand darning eggs are perfect for sock repairs.
 
Created from tiny pieces of different coloured woods that have been combined into the most wonderful and mesmerising chequered pattern.
 
Simply pop it inside the sock and use it to darn the toe and heel area - the smaller size and shape ensures you can fix a hole or well-worn areas without stretching the fabric too much.
 
All of them are one-of-a-kind carefully sourced by us from vintage markets.
 
Each egg is a little different and has 'character' - minor chips, surface scratches, dents, tiny holes and marks from it's previous life, but is still in usable condition with an authentic vintage feel. 
 
They all have a smooth polished finish.
