An assortment of 20 sharps needles packaged in a Bohin 1950's style card booklet.
Made in Normandy, France in the historic BOHIN factory using nickel plated steel.
This pack includes:
- 2 x sharps needles No. 5
- 6 x sharps needles No. 7
- 6 x sharps needles No. 9
- 6 x sharps needles No. 10
Min needle length: 3cm & max length: 4cm.
A larger number = a finer, shorter needle. A smaller number = a thicker, longer needle.
Suitable for:
- general purpose hand-sewing e.g. patching small areas, sewing on a button, hemming or stitiching a seam.
- mending light-medium weight woven fabrics e.g cotton dress, linen trousers, brushed cotton shirt, polyester trousers, or silk blouse.
- hand sewing with Guterman Sew All sewing machine thread or up to 2 strands of embroidery floss (dependent on needle size).
Bohin needles have an exceptional polish for smooth glide through fabric and a fine point to minimize holes.
The eye is polished with a unique process to minimize breaking thread.
The needles have maximum strength with minimum bending.
